Immunogen
This antibody was raised by immunising Lewis and Lou/M rats with the murine Th1 cell clone AE7 and Th1 cell lines derived from 5B6 and DO11.10 TCR transgenic mice.

Target Information
DNAM-1 is a receptor expressed by peripheral blood T lymphocytes involved in intercellular adhesion, lymphocyte signaling, cytotoxicity, and lymphokine secretion mediated by cytotoxic T lymphocytes.
It is broadly expressed on T cells, NK cells, platelets, monocytes, and a subset of B cells, and also expressed by a subset of CD3-positive thymocytes.
