이 항체는 약 57.8 kDa의 예측 분자량을 가지는 ICAM1을 검출합니다.
Target Information
ICAM-1 (CD54)은 단일 사슬형 type I 막관통 당단백질로, 85–110 kDa 크기를 가지며 5개의 immunoglobulin superfamily 반복 도메인을 포함합니다.
이 단백질은 CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1) 또는 CD11b/CD18 (Mac-1) integrin과 결합하며, Rhinovirus의 수용체로도 작용합니다.
ICAM-1은 활성화된 내피세포, 상피세포, 섬유아세포, 연골세포, B 및 T 림프구, 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포, 호중구 등에서 발현되며, 염증 시 발현이 증가합니다.
또한 일부 암세포(예: carcinoma, melanoma)에서도 검출됩니다.
혈장 내 용해형 ICAM-1은 다양한 염증성 질환에서 증가된 수준으로 관찰됩니다.
