Product Specific Information

Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4ºC in the dark.
Once reconstituted, this product has a shelf life of approximately 18 months.
For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.

Target Information

CD97 is a G-protein-coupled seven-span transmembrane adhesive receptor constitutively expressed on granulocytes and monocytes, and rapidly upregulated on T and B cells upon activation.
CD97 is produced in alternatively spliced forms and its cellular ligand is CD55 (DAF), which protects various cell types from complement-mediated damage.
Interaction of CD97 on leukocytes and CD55 on vessel cells facilitates leukocyte activation and migration into tissues. CD97 also plays a role in tumor migration and invasiveness, and is involved in T cell regulation and peripheral granulocyte homeostasis.
