Target Information
Disheveled DVL2는 dishevelled (dsh) 단백질 패밀리의 구성원입니다. 척추동물의 dsh 단백질은 Drosophila dsh와 약 40%의 아미노산 서열 유사성을 가지며, 이 유전자는 90-kD 단백질을 암호화합니다. 해당 단백질은 번역 후 인산화되어 95-kD 세포질 단백질을 형성하며, 여러 Wnt 단백질에 의해 매개되는 신호전달 경로에서 역할을 할 것으로 추정됩니다. 이러한 dishevelled 기능의 메커니즘은 동물계 전반에서 보존되어 있을 가능성이 높습니다.
