Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a thiol-activated peptidase phosphorylated during M phase of the cell cycle. Phosphorylation regulates its cell cycle-dependent distribution, with localization to centrosomes in interphase and to mitotic spindles in early M phase. The protein plays an important role in nervous system development. Alternate splice variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
