For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The PA2G4 gene encodes an RNA-binding protein involved in growth regulation. It is present in pre-ribosomal ribonucleoprotein complexes and may participate in ribosome assembly and rRNA processing.
This protein interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of the ErbB3 receptor, contributing to growth signal transduction. It acts as a transcriptional co-repressor of androgen receptor-regulated and other cell cycle genes through histone deacetylase interactions.
PA2G4 has been implicated in growth inhibition and differentiation induction of human cancer cells. Six pseudogenes are located on chromosomes 3, 6, 9, 18, 20, and X.
