- In direct ELISAs, approximately 75% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Reg3B is observed.
- In Western blots, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Reg3B is observed.
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Reg3A, recombinant mouse Reg3A, and recombinant mouse Reg3G is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
