Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SDHAF1 (Succinate dehydrogenase complex assembly factor 1) is a mitochondrial protein essential for the assembly of the succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) complex (complex II) in the respiratory chain.
Mutations in SDHAF1 are associated with SDH-defective infantile leukoencephalopathy (mitochondrial complex II deficiency).
Unlike SDHAF2, SDHAF1 is not considered a tumor suppressor.
