Target Information
Mu-Calpain (Calpain-I) and m-Calpain (Calpain-II) are intracellular, calcium-dependent cysteine proteases. Mu-Calpain exhibits micromolar calcium sensitivity, whereas m-Calpain requires millimolar calcium concentrations for activation.
