Target Information
TLR2는 Toll-like receptor (TLR) 계열의 단백질로, 병원체 인식 및 선천 면역 활성화에 중요한 역할을 합니다. TLR2는 TLR1 또는 TLR6과 이합체를 형성하여 다양한 세균 및 마이코플라스마 지질단백질을 인식합니다.
TLR2는 주로 말초혈액 백혈구에서 발현되며, NF-kappaB를 통한 면역 반응을 매개합니다. 또한 TLR2는 병원체 관련 분자 패턴(PAMPs)을 인식하여 효과적인 면역 반응에 필요한 사이토카인 생성을 유도합니다.
TLR2는 편도, 미세아교세포, 림프절, 충수, 활성화된 B세포 등에서 발현되며, CD14+ 단핵구에서 가장 높게 나타납니다. LPS, GM-CSF, IL-1, IL-10은 TLR2 발현을 증가시키며, IL-4, IFN-γ, TNF는 감소시킵니다.
