Target Information
Overexpression of PDCD2L attenuates TNF-alpha release in Daudi cells. PDCD2L overexpression restrains proliferation of HEK293T cells. DNA/flow cytometry analysis indicates that PDCD2L overexpression severely delays cell cycle progression at the S phase, suggesting a potential role in apoptosis.
