Description:
AER-37 단클론 항체는 Fc epsilon RI alpha 서브유닛을 인식하며, 이는 IgE 결합 능력을 가지지만 신호전달 기능은 없습니다. FcεRI alpha는 비만세포와 호염기구에서 발현되며 IgE 존재 시 상향조절됩니다. FcεRI 복합체는 하나의 α, 하나의 β, 두 개의 γ 서브유닛으로 구성되며, β와 γ 서브유닛은 ITAM 모티프를 포함합니다. 이 복합체는 IgE 매개 알레르기 반응 유발에 중요한 역할을 합니다.

Applications Tested: Pre-diluted for flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. Recommended use: 5 µL (0.25 µg)/test (100 µL final volume).

Fluorochrome Information:
Super Bright 436은 violet laser (405 nm)로 여기되며 436 nm에서 방출됩니다. 450/50 bandpass filter 사용을 권장합니다.
두 개 이상의 Super Bright 염료 항체를 사용할 경우, 비특이적 상호작용 최소화를 위해 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401) 사용을 권장합니다.

FceR1 (FcεRI alpha)는 IgE 고친화성 수용체의 α 서브유닛입니다. FcεRI는 α, β, γ 서브유닛으로 구성된 4중 복합체이며, 알레르기 반응 유발에 핵심적인 역할을 합니다. 알레르겐에 결합된 IgE가 여러 수용체를 교차결합시키면 히스타민 등의 매개체가 분비되어 천식, 비염 등의 염증 반응을 유발합니다.
