POU2AF1은 OCT1 또는 OCT2와 특이적으로 결합하는 전사 공동활성화 인자입니다.
OCT1 매개 프로모터 활성을 증가시키며, OCT2의 활성도 부분적으로 증진시킵니다.
고유한 DNA 결합 활성은 없으며, OCT1 및 OCT2의 POU 도메인을 인식합니다.
B세포의 항원 반응 및 germinal center 형성에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
