INSRR (insulin receptor-related receptor)은 insulin receptor (IR) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, insulin-like molecule에는 결합하지 않지만 tyrosine kinase 활성은 INSR과 유사합니다.
이 수용체는 pH 감지 기능을 가지며, 세포 외 pH 상승 시 활성화되어 IRS1 및 AKT1/PKB를 포함하는 세포 내 신호 경로를 활성화합니다.
