Target Information
AMH receptor (AMHR 또는 AMHR2)는 TGF-beta 관련 단백질의 type II receptor 계열에 속하는 serine/threonine kinase로, 단일 막관통 도메인을 가집니다.
Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH)와 그 수용체는 남성 태아에서 뮐러관의 퇴화에 관여합니다.
남성 생식분화는 태아 고환에서 생성되는 두 가지 호르몬에 의해 조절됩니다.
- Testosterone: Leydig 세포에서 생성되어 외부 생식기 발달 및 전립선 성장을 촉진
- Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH): 뮐러관의 퇴화를 유도하여 자궁 및 난관 형성을 방지
