Target Information
ELK3 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 ETS-domain transcription factor family 및 TCF subfamily에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 serum response factor에 의해 serum response elements에 결합할 때 전사 조절 기능을 수행하며, 신호 유도성 인산화에 의해 활성화됩니다. 설치류 연구에서 Ras가 없을 때는 전사 억제자로 작용하고, Ras가 존재할 때는 전사를 활성화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
