LYVE1 (Lymphatic Vessel Endothelial Hyaluronan Receptor 1)는 림프관 벽의 주요 히알루론산(HA) 수용체로 확인된 단백질입니다.
322개의 아미노산으로 구성된 Type I 막단백질로, CD44 HA 수용체와 약 41%의 서열 유사성을 가지며 Link 단백질 슈퍼패밀리의 HA 결합 도메인을 포함합니다.
LYVE1은 용해성 및 고정화된 HA 모두에 결합할 수 있으며, 림프관 내강면에 국한되어 발현되고 혈관에서는 관찰되지 않습니다.
따라서 LYVE1은 림프관 특이적 HA 수용체로, 림프관의 강력한 마커로 사용됩니다.
LYVE-1은 주로 림프관 내피세포에서 발현되며, 백혈구 및 종양세포의 림프절 이동 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
림프관계는 조직의 세포외액을 배출하고 면역세포가 항원을 인식할 수 있는 환경을 제공합니다.
LYVE1, PALE, VEGFR3, podoplanin 등이 림프관 내피세포의 주요 마커로 알려져 있습니다.
