Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
c-Jun is a transcription factor that recognizes and binds to the enhancer heptamer motif 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3'.
It promotes NR5A1 activity when phosphorylated by HIPK3, leading to increased steroidogenic gene expression upon cAMP signaling stimulation.
c-Jun is also involved in KRAS-mediated transcriptional activation of USP28 in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells.
