Target Information
CD79a는 B29(CD79b) 폴리펩타이드와 함께 이황화 결합된 헤테로다이머를 형성하는 B 림프구 항원 수용체 구성 요소입니다. 항원 특이적 표면 구성 요소인 Ig(면역글로불린)과 결합하여 B세포 항원 수용체의 발현과 기능에 필수적인 Ig-alpha 및 Ig-beta를 포함합니다. CD79a는 pre-B 세포 단계에서 처음 나타나며 plasma 세포 단계까지 지속되며, 이 시점에서는 세포 내 구성 요소로 존재합니다. 대부분의 전구 B세포형 급성 백혈병, B세포 라인, B세포 림프종 및 일부 골수종에서 발견되며, 골수 또는 T세포 라인에서는 존재하지 않습니다. CD79a와 관련된 질환에는 Agammaglobulinemia 3 및 Agammaglobulinemia, Non-Bruton type이 있습니다.
