Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) is one of the two ligands of PD-1. PD-L1 is expressed on macrophages, T cells, B cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, and some cancer cell surfaces. Binding of PD-1 with PD-L1 can result in down-regulation of the immune system by inhibiting T-cell activation. Thus, PD-L1 is an important immune checkpoint and a popular target for therapeutic antibodies against many cancers.
GenScript Human PD-L1 Antibody (PDL1.D1), mAb, Mouse is produced from the hybridoma resulting from fusion of SP2/0 myeloma and B-lymphocytes obtained from mouse immunized with recombinant human PD-L1-Fc (Z03371).
Target Information
Programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1, also called B7-H1) is a B7 family member. Its receptor, programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1), negatively regulates T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling. Upon ligation, PD-L1 decreases TCR-mediated proliferation and cytokine production. PD-L1 expression is abundant on many murine and human cancers and can be up-regulated by IFN-gamma stimulation, indicating its role in tumor immune evasion.
