Target Information
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) contain seven transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins.
GPR63 is a member of this family (subfamily: lysophospholipid/lysosphingolipid) and its expression has been reported in several brain regions, including the caudate, frontal cortex, hypothalamus, midbrain, and thalamus, as well as in small intestine, stomach, and thymus.
