Target Information
SGK2는 serine/threonine protein kinase로, serum 및 glucocorticoid에 의해 유도되는 SGK와 유사합니다. SGK2는 serum이나 glucocorticoid에 의해 유도되지 않으며, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase를 활성화시키는 신호에 반응하여 발현됩니다. SGK2 단백질은 PDK1에 의해 인산화되어 활성화되며, 인슐린 유사 성장 인자 1에 의해서도 부분적으로 활성화됩니다.
