For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Galactose-specific lectin that binds IgE. May interact with alpha-3, beta-1 integrin to mediate CSPG4-induced endothelial cell migration. Together with DMBT1, it is required for terminal differentiation of columnar epithelial cells during embryogenesis.
Acts in the nucleus as a pre-mRNA splicing factor. Involved in acute inflammatory responses such as neutrophil activation and adhesion, monocyte/macrophage chemoattraction, opsonization of apoptotic neutrophils, and mast cell activation.
