Preparation
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human VAP-1. Anti-Human VAP-1-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and subsequently biotinylated.

Sandwich ELISA
To detect Human VAP-1 by sandwich ELISA (100 µL/well), use at 0.25–1.0 µg/mL.
Used with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Human VAP-1 (500-P326) as capture antibody, this biotinylated antibody detects at least 2000–4000 pg/mL of Recombinant Human VAP-1.

Western Blot
For Western blot detection of Human VAP-1, use at 0.1–0.2 µg/mL.
Detection limit: 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
