Target Information

Neurogenin 1 (NeuroG1)는 basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) 전사인자로, 세포 발달 중 세포 유형을 결정하는 역할을 합니다. NeuroG1은 신경발생(neurogenesis) 과정에서 전사 활성자로 작용하며, 신경줄기세포가 성상세포로 분화되는 것을 억제합니다. 또한 CREB-binding protein 복합체의 위치 조절을 통해 astrocyte 관련 유전자의 발현을 억제하고, gliogenesis에 필요한 STAT 전사인자를 저해합니다.
