Target Information
RAPGEF1 유전자는 인간의 guanine nucleotide exchange factor를 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 CRK의 SH3 도메인에 결합하여 Ras 계열 GTPases를 활성화함으로써 신호를 전달합니다. 이러한 신호 전달 경로는 세포자멸사(apoptosis), integrin 매개 신호전달, 세포 변형(cell transformation)에 관여할 수 있습니다. 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 변이가 보고되었으나, 일부 변이의 전체 길이는 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다.
