- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Plexin A1, A2, A3, recombinant human Plexin B1, B2, and D1 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Receptor for SEMA7A, smallpox semaphorin A39R, vaccinia virus semaphorin A39R, and herpesvirus Sema protein. Binding of semaphorins triggers cellular responses leading to cytoskeletal rearrangement and secretion of IL6 and IL8.
