Target Information
ADAM32 유전자는 막 결합형 단백질인 disintegrin 가족에 속하며, 뇌 발달, 수정, 종양 발생, 염증 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다. 주로 고환에서 발현되며, 단백질은 금속단백분해효소, disintegrin, EGF 유사 도메인으로 구성된 성숙 단백질로 가공됩니다. 이 유전자는 8번 염색체 상의 다른 metallopeptidase 가족 유전자들과 군집을 이루며, 대체 스플라이싱으로 다양한 아이소폼을 생성합니다.
