Target Information
MHC Class II (I-Ak)는 면역계에서 외래 항원을 인식하고 T 세포에 제시하는 역할을 하는 단백질 복합체입니다. 알파 및 베타 사슬로 구성되어 있으며, 항원결합 홈을 형성합니다. 주로 수지상세포, 대식세포, B세포 등 항원제시세포에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 세포막에 고정되어 있으며, 세포 내 신호전달에도 관여합니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩티도믹스 연구에서 신항원(neoantigen) 식별 및 특성 분석을 위한 질량분석 기반 연구에 활용됩니다.
