Invitrogen™ Vivid Colors™ pcDNA™6.2/N-EmGFP-DEST Vector
The Vivid Colors™ Fluorescent Protein Gateway™ Destination Vectors enable rapid and convenient fusion of a protein of interest to the well-characterized fluorescent proteins from Aequorea victoria using the pcDNA™6.2 Gateway™ mammalian expression system. These Gateway™ Technology vectors incorporate the next-generation Emerald Green Fluorescent Protein (EmGFP) or Yellow Fluorescent Protein (YFP) for simple, non-invasive detection of recombinant proteins. Both fluorescent proteins are humanized for optimal mammalian expression.
