Target Information
ARP2 (actin-related protein 2)는 ARP2/3 복합체의 ATP 결합 구성요소로, NPF(nucleation-promoting factor)에 의해 자극될 때 액틴 중합을 매개합니다.
이 복합체는 세포질 내에서 가지 친 액틴 네트워크를 형성하여 세포 이동을 돕고, 핵 내에서도 액틴 중합을 촉진하여 유전자 전사 및 DNA 손상 복구를 조절합니다.
