This antibody detects endogenous protein at a molecular weight of 70–82 kDa.

Target Information
FOXO1, FOXO3, and FOXO4 belong to the forkhead family of transcription factors.
- FOXO1 (FKHR): 70 kDa protein acting as a coactivator or corepressor of nuclear receptor activity via the LXXLL motif in the C-terminus.
- FOXO3: Functions as a trigger for apoptosis through expression of genes necessary for cell death. Translocation with the MLL gene is associated with secondary acute leukemia.
- FOXO4: Regulates the insulin signaling pathway by binding insulin-response elements (IREs) and activating IGFBP1 transcription. Down-regulates HIF1A expression and suppresses hypoxia-induced transcriptional activation of HIF1A-modulated genes. Also involved in negative regulation of the cell cycle.
