Target Information
P2RX2 단백질은 ATP에 의해 활성화되는 리간드 개폐 이온 채널 가족에 속하며, 신경과 평활근 사이의 시냅스 전달을 매개합니다. 각 수용체는 두 개의 막관통 도메인을 공유하는 세 개의 서브유닛(P2X1–7)으로 구성됩니다.
P2RX2는 감각 뉴런의 흥분성 시냅스 반응, 신경근 접합부(NMJ) 형성, 청각, 미각 인지 및 연동운동 등 다양한 세포 반응에 관여합니다. 내이에서는 음향 변환, 청각 신경전달, 외유모세포의 전기운동성, 내이 간극 연결 및 K(+) 재활용을 조절합니다.
P2RX2 관련 질환에는 Deafness, Autosomal Dominant 41 및 Dfna41 Nonsyndromic Hearing Loss And Deafness가 포함됩니다.
