For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Protein kinase C (PKC) is a family of serine- and threonine-specific protein kinases activated by calcium and diacylglycerol. PKC family members phosphorylate various protein targets and are involved in diverse cellular signaling pathways. They also serve as receptors for phorbol esters, known tumor promoters.
Each PKC family member has a distinct expression profile and role. The PRKD3 kinase can be rapidly activated by agonists of G protein-coupled receptors and is localized in both the cytoplasm and nucleus. Its nuclear accumulation increases upon activation. It can also be activated following B-cell antigen receptor (BCR) engagement, requiring intact phospholipase C gamma and other PKC family members.
