Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Myeloid differentiation marker 88 (MyD88) is an adaptor molecule for the Toll/IL-1R pathway and plays a key role in inflammatory responses induced by IL-1, IL-18, and LPS.
MyD88 recruits IRAK to the IL-1 receptor complex, leading to NF-κB activation. It is widely distributed across tissues.
