Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to opening.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
- Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
- Stable for several weeks at 4°C as undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum and Fluorescein conjugated Bovine Serum Albumin.
Target Information
FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate)는 자외선 또는 청색광을 흡수하여 황록색 형광을 방출하는 형광 염료입니다. 형광 표지를 통해 항원-항체 상호작용을 신속하고 정확하게 시각화할 수 있습니다. FITC는 단백질과의 결합이 용이하며, 생물학적 활성을 유지한 상태로 형광 표지를 수행할 수 있어 면역형광 실험에서 널리 사용됩니다. 또한 FITC 표지 단백질을 검출하거나 FITC 표지 세포를 분리하는 데 유용합니다.
