Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The STX3 gene encodes a member of the syntaxin family. The protein localizes to the apical membrane of epithelial cells, forming clusters that are essential for establishing and maintaining cell polarity. It plays a key role in protein trafficking involving vesicle fusion and exocytosis.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
