Thermo Scientific™ Dynabeads™ MyOne™ Tosylactivated (for OEM and Industrial Use Only)

Hydrophobic Dynabeads™ (1 μm diameter) with p-toluene-sulfonyl (tosyl) groups enable direct covalent binding of antibodies, proteins/peptides, and other ligands via primary amino or sulphydryl groups.
No further surface activation is required. Coupling occurs overnight at neutral to high pH and 37°C, allowing easy coupling of antibodies with optimal orientation for affinity purification of proteins or other antigens.

This product is widely used as a solid phase in immunoassays and automated protocols where high throughput is essential.
The combination of specific antigens or antibodies and the superparamagnetic properties of the beads provides rapid reaction kinetics during coating, separation, and washing steps.
The 1 μm MyOne™ beads offer a large surface area, high capacity, efficient magnetic response, and slow sedimentation rate during incubation.

The product meets Dynal’s high standards for reproducibility and automation, ensuring reliability in assay performance.
