Thermo Scientific™ Dynabeads™ MyOne™ Carboxylic Acid (for OEM and Industrial Use Only)

Hydrophilic Dynabeads™ with a 1 μm diameter and carboxylic acid surface groups enable covalent amide bond formation with nucleic acids, proteins/peptides, and other ligands via primary amino or sulphydryl groups. Coupling occurs gently at low temperature and neutral to low pH, requiring activation through carbodiimide. Alternative reactive groups can be introduced using commercially available cross-linkers.

The liquid-phase behavior combined with superparamagnetic properties ensures rapid reaction kinetics during coating, separation, and washing processes. The 1 μm MyOne™ beads offer a large surface area, high capacity, efficient magnetic pull, and slow sedimentation rate, making them ideal for high-throughput automated protocols.

This product meets Dynal’s high standards for reproducibility and automation reliability, ensuring consistent assay performance.
