Target Information

IRF9는 항바이러스 면역에서 중요한 전사 인자로, type I interferon (IFN-α, IFN-β) 신호 전달을 매개합니다. IFN 수용체 결합 후 TYK2 및 JAK1이 활성화되어 STAT1과 STAT2의 인산화를 유도합니다. IRF9(ISGF3G)는 인산화된 STAT1:STAT2 이합체와 결합하여 ISGF3 복합체를 형성하고, 이는 핵으로 이동하여 ISRE 서열에 결합해 interferon 자극 유전자의 전사를 활성화시켜 항바이러스 상태를 유도합니다. [UniProt]
