For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the four-and-a-half-LIM-only protein family. These proteins contain tandemly arranged zinc finger domains with four conserved cysteines binding a zinc atom in each finger. Expression occurs in a cell- and tissue-specific manner, and the proteins are involved in various cellular processes.
Mutations in this gene are associated with Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.
