- 본 항체는 서열 상동성에 기반하여 개(canine), 돼지(porcine), 쥐(rat)에서도 반응할 것으로 예측됩니다.
- 염색 전 10mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0)에서 10분간 열매개 항원 회수(heat-mediated antigen retrieval)를 권장합니다.
- 항원 회수 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하고, 1차 항체를 실온에서 10분간 반응시킵니다.
- 권장 양성 대조군(positive control)은 태반(placenta) 또는 유방암 조직(breast carcinoma)입니다.
