Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
The neutrophil form of elastase is 218 amino acids long, containing two asparagine-linked carbohydrate chains. It is localized in azurophil granules in neutrophil cytoplasm. Two forms of neutrophil elastase, termed IIa and IIb, have been identified.
