- Detects endogenous protein at molecular weights of 78, 105, and 130 kDa.
- Purity >95% by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene has a C-terminal domain with tRNA 3' processing endoribonuclease activity, catalyzing removal of the 3' trailer from precursor tRNAs. It interacts with activated Smad2 and forkhead box H1 (FAST-1). Reduced expression can suppress TGF-β induced growth arrest. Mutations are associated with increased prostate cancer risk. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
