Target Information
IFIT3는 IFN에 의해 유도되는 항바이러스 단백질로, 세포 및 바이러스 과정, 세포 이동, 증식, 신호 전달, 바이러스 복제를 억제합니다. MAVS 매개 항바이러스 반응을 강화하며 TBK1 활성화 및 IRF3 인산화를 유도하여 항바이러스 유전자 전사를 촉진합니다. 또한 CDKN1A/p21 및 CDKN1B/p27의 발현을 증가시켜 항증식 활성을 나타냅니다. IFIT3는 COPS5를 세포질에 격리시켜 CDKN1B/p27의 핵 내 수준을 증가시키며, MYC 억제를 통해 CDKN1A/p21을 상향 조절합니다. IFIT2의 세포자멸 효과를 음성 조절할 수 있습니다.
