Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.

Anti-Sarcosine Oxidase antibody is an IgG fraction purified from monospecific antiserum through a multi-step process including delipidation, salt fractionation, and ion-exchange chromatography, followed by extensive dialysis against the specified buffer.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, and purified or partially purified Sarcosine Oxidase [Microbial].
Cross-reactivity against Sarcosine Oxidase from other sources is unknown.
