This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
CD177 (NB1/HNA-2a and PRV-1 form) is a GPI-anchored glycoprotein mainly expressed on neutrophils. Its membrane expression increases during pregnancy, inflammation, or after G-CSF treatment. CD177’s ligand is CD31 (PECAM-1). It plays a role in neutrophil transmigration and may act as a pro-proliferative molecule. Antibodies against CD177 can be involved in neonatal alloimmune neutropenia (NAN).
