이 polyclonal antibody는 인간, 생쥐, 그리고 랫드의 AIM2 (Antigen isolated from Immunoselected Melanoma 2) 단백질과 반응합니다. AIM2는 HIN-2000 패밀리에 속하는 40-kDa 세포질 단백질로, 비장, 소장, 말초혈 림프구, 고환 등에서 발현됩니다. 또한 신경외배엽, 유방, 난소, 결장 종양에서도 발현됩니다. AIM2는 인플라마좀의 구성 요소로서 세포질 내의 이중가닥 바이러스 및 세균 DNA를 감지하고 Caspase1 활성화를 유도합니다. AIM2의 발현은 인터페론에 의해 유도될 수 있습니다.

- Applications Tested: Jurkat 세포 및 IFN-γ와 LPS로 12시간 처리된 생쥐 대식세포에서 immunoblotting으로 테스트됨. ≤1:1000 희석비로 사용 가능하며, 최적 조건은 실험에 맞게 조정 권장.
