Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The TRPS1 gene encodes a transcription factor that represses GATA-regulated genes and binds to a dynein light chain protein. This interaction influences GATA consensus sequence binding and suppresses transcriptional activity. Mutations in TRPS1 cause tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndrome (TRPS) types I–III.
