Product Specific Information

Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the Jumonji, AT-rich interactive domain 1 (JARID1) histone demethylase protein family.
The encoded protein regulates gene expression through the histone code by specifically demethylating lysine 4 of histone H3.
It interacts with several proteins, including the retinoblastoma protein, and is involved in transcriptional regulation of Hox genes and cytokines.
This gene may play a role in tumor progression.
